HOW TO PROPERLY WEAR WINGED LINER LASHES:
Measure, trim and prep lashes. Using a thin, felt tip black liner to create a winged look. Extend the liner slightly past your lash line. Apply glue to the top of the lash band and allow it to get tacky. Using a lash applicator, lay the lash band down at the inner corner of your eye. Slowly move your applicator to the outer corner of the lash band placing the outer lash slightly upwards at an angle. Firmly hold in place for 15 seconds to allow proper setting for budge proof lashes. Congrats! You've perfected the cat-eyed look!
